FOREST — A rural Forest couple was able to safely escape their burning home Thursday evening. Richard Curl and his wife, whose name was not available, were home at 15632 CH 82, Forest, in Wyandot County, when the blaze broke. Someone from the home called 9-1-1 to report the fire at 8:42 p.m., according to a Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office report.

ADA — An Ada High School student was identified as the writer of a written threat at the school on Thursday, according to a release from Ada Police Chief Michael Harnishfeger.

FINDLAY — The Interstate 75 southbound ramp to U.S. 68/Ohio 15/Lima Avenue, Findlay, will be closed at 10 p.m. Sunday until 6 a.m. Monday to allow for cleaning of the barrier wall.
