The deadline for voter registration to be eligible to vote in the May 8 primary election is April 9. The Hardin County Board of Elections Office, located in the basement of the courthouse, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The three county sheriffs in the 83rd Ohio House district have endorsed Jon Cross for state representative in the May 8 Republican primary, the campaign announced Tuesday.
