A Kenton man was sent to prison for more than two years after he was found guilty of robbery and assault in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Terry Paul Holbrook, 398 E. Forest Road, Apartment 2, Kenton, pleaded guilty to the two charges.

Fined $25 for speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Kent J. Jacob, Lima; Cheryl A. Wisner, Waynesfield; Jami K. Hammond, Toledo and Alice Jane Mack, Huntsville, Ala.

Linda C. Jones to Adam Burbach and wife, 4.711 acres in part of Section 14, Cessna Twp. Tax $560. Robert W. Cronley and others to Samuel M. Glick, 52.905 acres in part of VMS 12180, Hale Twp. Tax $1,200.

Kyle William Albert, 414 E. Dixon St., Forest – speeding 46 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Hannah G. Eady, Galion – speeding 60 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $50.

A Findlay woman was placed on community control for five years after she pleaded guilty to stealing $3,476 in unemployment benefits from the state in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Kevin E. Oldham, New Bloomington – speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Glenn M. Scholl, Guilford, Ind. – speeding 66 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $25.

Alan Stuart Risner and others to Brad L. Karsten and wife, 1 acre, Ada Lands, in part of Section 15, Liberty Twp. Tax $319.60.

An Ada woman was sentenced to nine years in prison after she pleaded guilty in Hardin County Common Pleas Court to charges stemming from a drug-related fire at her home in May. Julie Ann Music pleaded guilty to illegal manufacturing of drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile, two counts of complicity to aggravated arson and two counts of endangering children.

Anne Marie Jones, 8481 TR 143, Kenton – speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Tiara Marie Douce, 125 W. Highland Ave., Ada – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.
