A Marion man was sent to prison for more than four years in a recent case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Albert L. Conaway, 815 S. Main St. Rear, Ada – speeding 55 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Fined $25 for speeding 67 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Brent Duane Howlett, Canton, Mich. and Mary S. Diorio, Upper Arlington.

LIMA — The Third District Court of Appeals in Lima has rejected action filed by former Hardin County Municipal Court Bailiff Donald Castle to reduce his time in prison.
