A Kenton woman was sentenced to 60 days in jail after pleading to charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Paul Jasper, 409 1/2 N. Main St., Ada – speeding 35 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $15. Jefrey L. Wolber, 1511 TR 25, Ada – speeding 40 mph in a 20 mph school zone, fined $250.

Daniel Leibovitz, Vincennes, Ind. – speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

Rocky Lane Burton Jr., 723 W. Lima St., Lot 49, Kenton and Bonnie Jean Handell, same address.

David C. Hopper, 119 E. Highland Ave., Ada – speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $25. Jonathan L. Kindle, Dayton – speeding 41 mph in a 20 mph school zone, fined $250.

Michael Gerard Derita, Fraser, Mich. – speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $25.

Gavin J. Grabowski, Fairview, Pa. – speeding 40 mph in a 35 mph zone, dismissed at defendant’s costs due to plea negotiations. Fined $25 for speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Courtney Lynn Halsey, Bellefontaine; Brandon Russell Quay, 13379 CR 190, Kenton and Wayne W. Grambo, West Jefferson.

The following property transfers for April were released by Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg. Mary Margaret Richards and others to Skinny’s Tavern LLC, Inlots 20 and 21, Fannie B. Morrison’s Subdivision, and Inlots 18 and 19, Adam Schneider’s Addition, Kenton. Tax $280.
