Traffic Docket April, 2017 A 17-year-old male for speeding 72/55 mph zone (3rd moving violation), court ordered: 180-day license suspension and fined $29.
A Kenton woman was sent to prison for three years after being found guilty of drug charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office, Chasticy R. Larson, 362 N. Leighton St., pleaded guilty to one count of possession of heroin and was sentenced to 10 months in prison in that case by Judge Scott Barrett.
Lindsey M. May, Harrod – speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.
A confrontation between a Kenton man and his daughter resulted in him being sent to prison for 17 months, while an empty stomach was the reason for a burglar to end up behind bars in recent cases in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

A 16-year-old male for speeding 80/55 mph zone, court ordered: carteens, 60-day license suspension and fined $50. A 17-year-old male for seatbelt violation, court ordered: 60-day license suspension with school privileges and fined $30.
Hardin County Recorder Brenda Rainsburg released the following property transfers for March. Wayne L. Purcell and wife to Miles A. Kieffer and wife, 3.242 acres in part of VMS 10176, Hale Twp. Tax $630.
A 73-year-old Kenton man was sent to prison for 30 months after he pleaded guilty to one count of gross sexual imposition in which the victim was younger than the age of 13. According to Hardin County Common Pleas Court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Thomas J. Donegan, 1037 S. Main St., Apt. 39, Kenton, also was designated a Tier II sexual offender by Judge Scott Barrett.
The Hardin County Probate and Juvenile courts will be closed from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 27.
