An Ada youth who has a record of violence, crime and drug abuse as a juvenile will begin his adult life in prison. According to court records available through Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Kacey Lee Rimes, 305 S. Simon St., Ada, was found guilty in Hardin County Common Pleas Court of one count each of burglary, grand theft with a firearm specification and safecracking.

Two adults were arrested after drugs were found during the execution of a search warrant at a Kenton residence on Thursday. The Hardin County Crime Task Force assisted by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, Kenton Police Department, BKP Ambulance, Hardin County Children Services and the Hardin County Prosecutor’s Office served the search warrant at 398 E. Forest Road, Kenton, apartment 46.
A Kenton woman was sentenced to five years of community control after pleading guilty to three felonies, including two drug-related charges, in recent action in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
