A Kenton man had additional prison time added to his earlier sentences during proceedings in Hardin County Commons Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Randy Henry Crum, 8539 CR 150, Kenton, pleaded guilty to one count each of possession of drugs and tampering with evidence.

Tyler Robert Williams, 8920 Ohio 235, Ada – speeding 55 mph in a 35 mph zone, one prior offense, fined $65. Fined $15 for speeding 64 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Thomas Paul Graham, Penryn, Calif. and Christopher A. Pratt, Grove City.

Phillip D. Coulson to Martha J. Long, part of Lot 14, P. Ahlefeld’s First Addition, Ada. Tax $34. Laura L. Kinnear to Donald Kinnear Jr. and wife, 3 acres in part of VMS 9935, Lynn Twp. Tax $90.

A Kenton man was sent to prison for a total of 55 months after pleading guilty to drug-related charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Marlene Whitaker, 201 E. Wagner St., Alger – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

Dutch Run Properties LLC to Jean Woodruff Eibling, trustee, Lot 9 and part of Lot 8, Hanson’s Subdivision, Ada. Tax $530.

The Hardin County Recorder’s Office reported the following transactions for July:

A Ridgeway man was found to be in violation of his community control release agreement in three cases and was sent to prison for four years in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Matthew C. Radcliffe, whose last known address was Ridgeway, was found to have violated his agreement from a 2009 case in which he was found guilty of robbery.

William Robert Howe Jr., 580 Lincoln Ave., Ada and Cindy Lou Oliver, same address. Michael A. Davis, 302 E. University Ave., Ada and Megan Jenelle Sybert, same address.

A 17-year-old was cited for seatbelt violation/driver. The court ordered Carteens, 30-day license suspension and a $15 fine.
