A Marion woman was sent to prison after pleading guilty in Hardin County Common Pleas Court to tampering with evidence after she stole videos from Walmart.
Joshua K. Reed, 5647 CR 205, Forest – speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $15. Ian M. Thompson, 19507 CH 70, Forest – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.
Fined $25 for speeding 47 mph in a 35 mph zone were: Brianna N. Laubenthal, Brunswick and Morgan E. Bodenhop, West Liberty.
Edward F. Mason Jr. to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, 2.791 acres in part of Section 32, Roundhead Twp. Tax $106.80.
An McGuffey man was declared to be an arson offender and was placed on community control in a recent case in the Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
Wendy L. McCarty, Findlay – speeding 47 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25. Paul Frank Sciuga Jr., Arlington – speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone, two prior offenses, fined $150.
Three area women were sentenced recently in cases heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Shanita Kaye Harp, 527 S. Detroit St., Kenton, was placed on community control for five years after she was found guilty of drug-related charges.
A Kenton man was sent to prison for more than two years after he was found guilty of robbery and assault in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. According to court documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Terry Paul Holbrook, 398 E. Forest Road, Apartment 2, Kenton, pleaded guilty to the two charges.
Fined $25 for speeding 68 mph in a 55 mph zone were: Kent J. Jacob, Lima; Cheryl A. Wisner, Waynesfield; Jami K. Hammond, Toledo and Alice Jane Mack, Huntsville, Ala.
Linda C. Jones to Adam Burbach and wife, 4.711 acres in part of Section 14, Cessna Twp. Tax $560. Robert W. Cronley and others to Samuel M. Glick, 52.905 acres in part of VMS 12180, Hale Twp. Tax $1,200.
