Jury convicts Forest woman on all charges in arson attempt The testimony of a 13-year-old and of the defendant’s son convinced a Hardin County Common Pleas Court jury to convict a Forest woman on 16 charges, including 11 counts of attempted aggravated arson, late Wednesday afternoon. According to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s office, Jeanann Baum, 980 Meadow Lane, Apt. 10, Kenton, was ordered by Judge Scott Barrett to pay $11,553.55 to Discover to repay fraudulent charges made in 2008 to an account in the estate of Shirley F.
