ADA — The Ohio 3rd District Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in two cases in the Large Moot Court Room of Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law on Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 10 a.m. The oral arguments will be held before a three-judge panel consisting of Judges Stephen R.
