The Patterson United Methodist Church, 204 W. Main St., Patterson, will be hosting an election hamloaf dinner at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6. On the menu is hamloaf, a potato, green beans, a roll, a drink and homemade pie for a suggested donation of $8.

LAFAYETTE — An Election Day lunch will be hosted at the Lafayette First United Methodist Church from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6. The church is located at 204 W. Main St., Lafayette. On the menu is chili soup, vegetable soup, shredded chicken, hot dogs, salad bar, dessert and drinks.

CAREY — Area singers are invited to join the Carey Ecumenical Christmas Choir as preparations begin for this year’s concert to be held on Sunday, Dec. 9 at 4:30 p.m. The concert will be held at the Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation, 315 Clay Street in Carey.
