Health board on track to hit deficit spending in 2021

The Kenton-Hardin Health Department is currently on track for deficit spending by 2021 following the approval of an additional $2,000 to cover accreditation costs. At its regular meeting on Tuesday, the board heard the financial report from Fiscal Officer Pam Romanko who was requesting an additional $8,000 to the accreditation budget, which was originally budgeted at $20,000.

Goshen moves starting time

The Goshen Township trustees have voted to change the starting time of their regular monthly meetings for the remainder of 2019 from 6 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The meetings will continue to be held on the first Monday of each month at the township hall, 21012 CR 100.
