FOREST — The regular meeting of the Forest-Jackson Public Library for September has been changed to Thursday, Sept. 19 at 9 a.m. in the Hempy Room at the library. The public is welcome to attend.

Kelly Jackson joined Liberty National Bank in August 2019 as the Branch Operations Manager in the Kenton office. She brings with her more than 15 years of combined experience in management, banking, lending and bank operations. She has worked various roles as she has progressed in her banking career including teller, banker, and office manager.

KudoStudio will have a ribbon cutting and formal open house at its new location, 14 N. Main St., Kenton on Tuesday, Sept. 10 from 4 to 7 p.m. Wine and cheese will be served.

A board meeting of the Hardin County Housing Development, Inc. will be held at noon Tuesday, Sept. 10 at the Hardin County Board of DD board room at 707 N. Ida St., Kenton. There will be very important business to discuss, according to Joanne Longbrake, financial manager, so board members are asked to plan to attend.
