ALGER — The Upper Scioto Valley Ambulance Board’s regular meeting for this month has been moved from Feb. 19 to Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. in the squad house in Alger.

TUESDAY, FEB. 10 Hardin County Airport Authority – 4:30 p.m., airport

Ridgemont High School student Marcus Radcliffe has earned a $1,000 grant to establish his own business. The grant comes from CF Industries through a National FFA SAE grant.

Annetta Shirk has lived in Hardin County her entire life, but she never got to fully witness all it has to offer until she joined the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance.

The Kenton law firm of Wetherill, Schwemer, Markley and Schwemer has merged with the office of McKinley and Crates. The merger took place on Jan. 1. The new firm is known as Schwemer, Markley, McKinley and Seeley, LLC.

Enrollment is underway for the next Small Business Development Program being offered by the Hancock Hardin Wyandot Putnam Community Action Commission.

The former Merriman building, located on the northwest corner of Kenton’s downtown square, has been undergoing restoration and remodeling since July 2013 by owners Brad and Laura Wingfield of Kenton.
