McGUFFEY — The Upper Scioto Valley kindergarten registration for the 2015-2016 school year will be held on Monday, May 11 and Tuesday, May 12 at Upper Scioto Valley in McGuffey. Times will be 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.

The Bridgeport Church will present “Walk with Jesus” on Palm Sunday, March 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. During this event, visitors will meet and hear the stories of the people who were with Jesus between Palm Sunday and the Resurrection.

Latham Chapter 364 Order of the Eastern Star met Monday, March 16 at 6 p.m. for a light meal consisting of a chicken casserole, salad and rolls. The tables were decorated with an Irish theme.

The Epworth United Methodist Women met March 10 at the church with 11 present. The president opened the meeting, reading “Welcome the Spring.”
