Twenty-six members of the Ambassador Class of Faith Baptist Church met Monday at 6 p.m. at the church in the fellowship room. Following the invocation, the group enjoyed pizza and a carry-in meal provided by the attendees.
You know, it's funny how I look at all the books on my shelf that I read in college, others I read while in the seminary, and the ones that I have read since I graduated from the seminary in 1984, and struggle to remember something that I got out of them.
BELLE CENTER — A soup and sandwiches fundraiser is set for Saturday, Feb. 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until supplies run out at the Belle Center United Methodist Church, 202 E. Main St., Belle Center. Serving will be out of the church basement so people should enter through the back.
