Breakfast at Maysville church

Auglaize Free United Baptist Church at Maysville will offer an all-you-can eat country style breakfast from 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 9. The donation is $7 for adults, $3 for children ages 7 to 13, and children younger than 6 eat free.

Youth donate to S.O.U.P.

Belle Center UMC hosts fundraiser

BELLE CENTER — A soup and sandwiches fundraiser is set for Saturday, Feb. 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until supplies run out at the Belle Center United Methodist Church, 202 E. Main St., Belle Center. Serving will be out of the church basement so people should enter through the back.

Kenton church gets new name

Change at St. John's

Over its 175 years of existence, the St. John’s church in Kenton has gone through a series of names. This week, it added a new one. The congregation met last Sunday and approved adopting the name St. John’s Evangelical Church and dropping the United Church of Christ portion of its identification.
