TLC Ministries to hold special service for deliverance of addicts According to Pastor Tony Crowe of TLC Ministries in Kenton, across Ohio, a death from an overdose occurred every two hours and 52 minutes in 2015. The total deaths due to drugs, he said, showed a 20.5 percent increase over 2014, and at least 4,149 deaths in Ohio were directly attributed to drug overdoses, an increase of 36 percent from 2015 to 2016.
