County music singer Tyler Rich will be the headline entertainer at this year’s Hardin County Fair. He will be featured in the country concert in the fair grandstand on Saturday night, Sept. 7, it was announced Friday by the Hardin County Agricultural Society.

The Hardin County Fair is now accepting junior fair entries for the 2019 Hardin County Fair.

Kenton High School representative applications for the Hardin County Fair king and queen are now available to next year’s seniors in Emily Burns’ room. Students who are enrolled in art, FCCLA, FFA, 4-H, Farm Bureau youth, Grange or Scouts are eligible to apply.

The Hardin County Agricultural Society met Wednesday, April 3 with 19 directors and eight guests present. Corey Ledley, president, called the meeting to order. The board agreed to ticket prices for the Saturday night entertainment the same as last year – $15, $20 and $25. The entertainer will be announced on Friday, May 24 with online tickets going on sale June 7.

There are currently around 50 and that number grows by around four each year.
