BELLEFONTAINE — A man with five prior drunk driving convictions was sentenced to 30 months in prison for his latest conviction.

The Hardin County Recorder’s Office reported the following transactions for January:

Phillip A. Shuster, 333 N. Detroit St. Apt. 5, Kenton – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

A Kenton man was placed on community control for five years after he pleaded guilty to a drug charge in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

A 70-year-old McComb man was placed on community control for five years and designated a sexual offender in a recent case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Qassem Abdull K. Q. Altoaq, 715 Autumn Drive Unit B, Ada – speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $25.

Jennifer M. Whitehead, 119 E. Railroad St., Kenton vs. Jay Workman, same address. Domestic violence CPO.
