The Hardin County Recorder’s Office reported the following transactions for February:

Payton N. Shanaberger, New Bloomington – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

A Kenton man was sent to prison for 11 months on a drug charge during a recent case in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Catina Marie Butler, Wharton – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

A Kenton man was sent to prison for 39 months after being convicted of drug-related charges in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Blake R. Watkins, 2329 CR 80, Alger – speeding 42 mph in a 25 mph zone, fined $25.

Carl Douglas Lowe and wife to Thomas J. Tylenda and wife, .11 acres, Ada Lands, in part of Section 22, Liberty Twp. Tax $232.

A Kenton man was placed on community control for five years after being found guilty of drug charges in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Brandy J. Johnson, Xenia – speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, fined $25.

A Chillicothe man was sent to prison for 54 months on charges of money laundering in a case heard in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
