4 softball stars make All-NWCC first-team Posted on May 22, 2024 0 Four Hardin County softball players received first-team All-Northwest Central Conference honors. Making first-team All-NWCC was Hardin Northern’s Heidi Trachsel, Ridgemont’s Kylie Shreve and Upper Scioto Valley’s Patiance Cole and Brielle Cotterman. Second-team honorees included Ridgemont’s Albrey Bailey, USV’s Nevaeh Lowery and Hardin Northern’s Lyla Holtzberger and Kaitlyn Whitaker. Each area school had a pair of honorable mentions. USV’s went to Shalyn Lawrence and Sydney Christensen. Hardin Northern’s were Morgan Stewart and Catherine Overs. Ridgemont’s Braylyn Caldwell and Ruth Eckstein got the honors.
