HN plans kindergarten screening for May 1 Posted on February 6, 2024 0 DOLA — Kindergarten screening at Hardin Northern School for the 2024-2025 school year has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 1 from 8:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the high school gym. Your child must be 5 years of age on, or before Aug. 1, 2024 to be eligible for next year’s kindergarten class. You must register your child for kindergarten screening in the office prior to the screening date. Call 419-759-2331 and ask for Amber Crossman, elementary secretary. When registering your child, HN will need the following papers from you: Child’s Birth Certificate Social Security Card Immunization Records/Health History Custody Papers (If Applicable) Proof of Residency (Anything with your name and current address such as driver’s license, billing, etc.) Register on Final Forms https://hardinnorthern-oh.finalforms.com Paperwork needs to be turned in by April 12.
