Seth M. Elling Posted on January 25, 2024 0 Seth M. Elling , 33, lost his life on January 22, 2024 from a drug overdose after a long fight with addiction. but his addiction didn’t define him. Seth was smart, talented, warm, and resilient. He had so many hopes, dreams, and goals. He recently went back to school to get his social work degree, so he could help others struggling like him. He loved OSU football and watching NFL games with friends. He loved being the baby of the family and all the perks that went with it. Despite the love and support of his family and every opportunity given to Seth to help him recover from his struggles with addiction, he was not able to win the war. He fought relentlessly for 18 years and wanted so badly to be clean and sober. This disease can happen to anyone, so if you or someone you know needs help, please call (800) 662-4357.
