Scott, 85 of Kenton, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at the Grove Cemetery Committal Building in Kenton. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements. Richard passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the Shawnee Manor in Lima.
