TRAFFIC 

In addition to the fines levied against defendants who are found guilty, $39 in state costs, $45 in court costs, $12 for court special projects and $9 for the court computerization fund will be assessed, a total of $105.

Johanna Angela Schroer, New Knoxville, speeding 52 mph in 35 mph zone, fined $35.

Brian Welly, Jenera, speeding 54 mph in 35 mph zone, fined $35.

Mary A. McCourt-Sprague, Lima, speeding 68 mph in 55 mph zone, fine $35.

David Charles Rinker, Rossford, speeding 71 mph in 55 mph zone, fined $35.

Karen Sue Downey, Lakeview, speeding 71 mph in 55 mph zone, fined $35.

Samuel Eugene Phipps, 2520 CR 60, Ada, speeding 75 mph in 55 mph zone, fined $35.

Carrie Jean Abbot, Marion, speeding 76 mph in 55 mph zone, fined $45; seat belt violation, fined $40.

Brayden Heinze, Bowling Green, speeding 120 mph in 55 mph zone, fined $150; willful/wanton disregard, fined $150.

Matthew Allan Amorini, Fort Wayne, Ind., assured clear distance ahead, fined $45.

Nicholas Ray Adams, 412 S. Johnson St., Ada, driving under suspension, fined $150.

Marty Monhollen, Spencerville, operating a vehicle intoxicated, fined $250, sentenced to 15 days in jail with 12 days suspended and three days jail credit given if defendant completes alcohol intervention program and probation for one year. 

Justin J. Hermann, Maui, Hawaii, assured clear distance ahead, fined $45.

CRIMINAL

Brandon Michael Puff, 398 E. Forest Road, Apt. 45E, Kenton, domestic violence amended to persistent disorderly conduct, fined $250; 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended and credit for two days served; probation for one year; ordered to schedule an anger management assessment and have no contact with Aaron Feasel.

Nichole L. Waller, 210 N. Walnut St., Dunkirk, fail to register dog, fined $35.

Stephanie Nicol Montgomery, 604 Front St., Alger, obstructing official business, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and credit for one day served; probation for one year.

Curtis J. Douglas, 137 E. Espy St., Kenton, possession of drugs, fined $50.

Steven Highley, 11063 TR 180, Kenton, fail to confine dog, fined $35.

Dawn L. Richardson, 13949 CR 155, Kenton, theft, fined $150; sentenced to five days in jail with four days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail; probation for one year; pay restitution of $34.85 to Walmart; ordered not to enter Walmart for one year.

Cathy L. Marshall, 339 W. Buckeye Ave., Ada, domestic violence, fined $250, 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, probation for one year, complete anger management assessment.

Christopher Fraszewski, 617 W. Gage St., Forest, junk property/vehicle, state dismissed at defendant’s cost due to plea negotiations.

Jennifer a. McPherson, 16674 CR 144, Kenton, disorderly conduct, fined $50.

Chasity D. Scott, Rushsylvania, theft, fined $250; five days in jail with four days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail; probation for six month; pay restitution of $37.58 to Walmart and ordered not to enter Walmart for one year.

Lance E. Baker, 123 W. Railroad St., Kenton, intoxication, fined $50.

Dawn Gaukin, 318 1/2 E. Columbus St., Kenton, criminal damaging, fined $225; 10 days in jail with nine days suspended and 16 hours of community service in lieu of one day in jail; probation for one year; pay restitution of $253.11.

Dylan Grothaus, 506 S. Gormley St., Forest, unnecessary noise, fined $50.

Timothy R. Reid, 980 Meadow Lane, Apt. 29, Kenton, theft, fined $150; 180 days in jail with 156 days suspended and credit for 24 days served; probation for two years; pay restitution of $1,758.03 and ordered not to enter Walmart for two years; complete a mental health assessment; criminal trespassing, fined $250; 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; probation concurrent with first count. The state dismissed four other counts of theft/criminal trespassing at defendant’s cost due to plea negotiations.

CIVIL

Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio, Lima vs. Jayson Walters, 412 S. Gormley St., Forest – plaintiff granted judgment  of $564.50 plus interest.

OneMain Financial Group, LLC vs. Kyle R. Anspach, plaintiff granted judgment of $5,418.00.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. vs. James G. Rainsburg, plaintiff granted judgment of $8,665.74.

Midwest Rehab, Inc. vs. Tina Rudasill, plaintiff granted judgment of $484.62 plus interest.
