Services for Mary S. Wireman will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019 at the Pentecostal Tabernacle Church of God, 13783 Ohio 235, Alger by the Rev. David Mowery. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.
She died at 11:03 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019 at Vancrest of Ada.
She was born Jan. 3, 1928 in Hueysville, Kentucky, to the late William H. and Laura (Whitaker) Smith. On Aug. 24, 1946, Mary married Robert B. Wireman and he preceded her in death on Oct. 8, 1985.
Surviving are four sons, Gerald (Judy) Wireman of Alger, Jeff (Tina) Wireman of Ada, Tim (Diana) Wireman of Mount Victory and Dennis Wireman of LaFayette; two daughters, Patricia Morgan of Kenton and Cathy (Harold) Albert of Kenton; 23 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Douglas Wireman and Gary Lee Wireman; a daughter, Debra Butler; a daughter-in-law, Faye Wireman; two grandsons; a great-grandson; seven sisters and two brothers.
Mary was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pentecostal Tabernacle Church of God, Alger
