Frisch will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary’s Catholic Chapel in Kirby by Father Nicholas Weibl. Interment will be in St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery in Upper Sandusky. Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Clark Shields Funeral Home in Forest, where a Catholic prayer service will be at 6:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary’s Chapel, or to the charity of the donor’s choice in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 S. Patterson, Forest, OH 45843. He died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky.
