Flooded road Posted on June 18, 2015 0 Times photo/Dan Robinson Some 20 Hardin County roads remained closed this morning as floodwaters have swamped areas of the county, including Dudley Township Road 146 along the Scioto River. The situation has improved from Wednesday when about 35 roads were covered in water, according to Sheriff Keith Everhart.
