The Buckeye State Paranormal and Haunting Investigations team believes the blurry, white image on the left side of this photo may have been of a young woman. A female investigator reports seeing a young woman "crouching" on the basement floor at the Sullivan-Johnson Museum. Gene Lafferty of BSPHI took a series of photographs and said he saw nothing as he took the pictures. The "apparition" may have been of Luella Mohr Sullivan (right photo), wife of the home's builder, Daniel Sullivan.

Strange things are going on at the Sullivan-Johnson Museum in Kenton.
The Buckeye State Paranormal and Haunting Investigations team has visited the old house on North Main Street twice in the past year. Each time, the BSPHI group set up ultra-sensitive cameras and tape recorders to pick up sights and sounds undetectable by human senses.
Their first visit in April resulted in recordings of children playing in the museum. None of the investigators heard the noises, said Gene Lafferty of BSPHI, but the EVPs were picked up on the sensitive recordings and played back later.

A Springfield man was sentenced to one year in prison in Hardin County Common Pleas Court for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
In addition to the one year in prison for the sentence, Judge William Hart added another year to the sentence of Patrick Dalman for a firearm specification. It is to be served consecutively, according to court records from Prosecutor Brad Bailey's office.
A second charge of carrying a concealed weapon resulted in another year in prison for Dalman, but that term is to be served concurrently to the other sentence.
In other recent cases, Isaiah Jack Vickers-Butler, 506 W. Columbus St., Kenton, was found guilty of aggravated possession of drugs.

ADA - The Ohio Northern women's basketball team's win over Wilmington Wednesday night was meaningful not only because of what was at stake in the Ohio Athletic Conference standings.
The Polar Bears' kryptonite for nearly the past decade has come in the form of the Quakers. The prospect of beating Wilmington has been something of an anomaly for the Polar Bears in recent years.
But after a 66-51 victory at the King-Horn Center, the drought finally came to an end for ONU.
