Ehresman, Hiller united
Tracy Ehresman and Daniel Hiller were united in marriage during a 3:30 p.m. ceremony Sunday, Aug. 10, 2008 at St. Marks United Methodist Church, Findlay by Thurlow “Chip” Steffy.
The bride is the daughter of Erwina Ehresman of New Washington and the late Lee Vern Ehresman, Jr. The groom is the son of Kenneth and Luella Hiller of Dola.
Attending the guest register was Michelle Kanney, niece-in-law of the bride of Findlay.
Organist was Bev Roby, friend from McCutchenville and St. Marks Brass Ensemble, friends of the bride led by Kathy Newell. Vocalists were Lori White, sister of the bride of Pittsburg, Pa.; Anjuli White, niece of the bride of Pittsburg, Pa.; Christopher Kanney, nephew of the bride of Bowling Green and Margaret Kanney, niece of the bride of New Washington.
Reader was Pastor Dennis Baum, friend of the couple of Findlay.
The bride wore a tea length ivory dress with a sheer beaded jacket.
She carried a bouquet of purple and ivory roses.
Serving as the bride’s witness was Christopher Kanney, nephew of the bride of Bowling Green.
Serving as the groom’s witness was Marjorie Hiller, sister of the groom of Leetonia. Usher was Lee Kanney of Findlay and Brian Kanney of Toledo, both nephews of the bride.
A reception followed in the multi-purpose building behind the church.
The bride is a graduate of Buckeye Central High School and Tiffin University. She is a treasurer with the Vanlue Local School District.
The groom is a graduate of Hardin Northern High School and The Ohio State University. He is a retired investment broker and farmer. |
Ferryman, Kissling united
Vanessa Ferryman and Andrew Kissling were united in marriage during a 4:30 p.m. ceremony Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008 at the First United Methodist Church in Kenton by Pastor Peter Paige.
The bride is the daughter of Mollie Baum of Bellefontaine and Kelly Baum of Kenton and the late Paul J. Ferryman. The groom is the son of Scott and Jeryl Kissling of Kenton.
Attending the guest register were Mindy Friemoth and Katie Martino, both friends of the bride of Kenton.
Vocalist was Dane Kissling, brother of the groom of Kenton.
The bride wore a white, strapless, Jasmine designer gown containing a sweetheart top. Delicate beading covered the bodice and the tiered skirt flowed into a short flowing train.
She carried a bouquet of white roses, stephanotis and mini cala lilies with a deep purple wax flower.
Serving as maid of honor was Natalie Ferryman of McGuffey, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Allison Hensel, cousin of the groom of Kenton, Callie Nelson, friend of the bride of Fort Myers, Fla. and Katie Hunsicker, friend of the bride of Harrold.
Serving as best man was Ben Hensel, cousin of the groom of Kenton. Groomsmen and ushers were Alex Kissling and Dane Kissling, both brothers of the groom of Kenton and Jason Dick, friend of the groom of Columbus.
A reception followed at the Hardin County Armory.
A wedding trip was taken to Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Kenton High School and a 2006 graduate of Rhodes State College. She is an office assistant at Hardin Memorial Hospital in medical records.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Kenton High School and a 2005 graduate of Rhodes State College. He is employed at Hensel Ready Mix.

Hale and Rudasill united
Brittany LeeAnn Hale and Joshua Elkin Rudasill were united in marriage during a 4:30 p.m. ceremony Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008 by the Rev. Terry Robinson at the Ohio Northern University McIntosh Center Ballroom in Ada.
The bride is the daughter of Michael Hale of Belle Center and Patricia Hale of Mount Victory. The groom is the son of Elkin and Linda Rudasill of Ridgeway.
Attending the guest register was Erin Claybaugh of Kenton, cousin of the bride.
Vocalist was Grace Poeppelman of West Mansfield, friend of the bride.
The bride wore a strapless Oleg Cassini A-line ivory and champagne satin gown with beading and lace on the bodice and around the bottom edge with a chapel train.
She wore a tiara holding a fingertip veil with embroidery and crystal detail.
She carried a bouquet of lilac, hydrangea and wisteria in colors of pink, cream and brown with crystal accents.
Serving as maid of honor was Brandy Hale, sister of the bride of Ridgeway. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Retterer, sister of the bride of Grand Rapids, Mich., Natasha Freshour, friend of the bride of Mount Victory and Abigail Retterer, niece of the bride of Grand Rapids, Mich. Flower girl was Emily Retterer, niece of the bride of Grand Rapids, Mich.
Serving as best man was Kerry McCullough of Kenton, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Chad Rudasill, brother of the groom of Mount Victory; Wesley Hale, brother of the bride of Mount Victory and Codey Miller, cousin of the groom of Ridgeway. Usher was Tomas Defee of Mount Victory, cousin of the groom. Ringbearer was Alec Deardorff, cousin of the bride of Fletcher.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Rockwell Union Hall.
A wedding trip was taken to Hocking Hills.

The bride is the daughter of Paul Eugene Timmerman of Wapakoneta and the late Delores June Timmerman.
The groom is the son of Vera M. Brooks and the late Fred J. Brooks.
Attending the guest register was Amanda Adkins of Wapakoneta, granddaughter of the bride.
The bride wore a tea length chiffon dress with rhinestone beads.
She wore baby’s breath in her hair.
She carried a cascading bouquet of burgundy and off white roses with beaded lace interspersed.

Sara Ann Ganger and Christian Patrick Olson were united in marriage during a double ring ceremony at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, July 26, 2008 at the First Community Church, Columbus by the Rev. Scott Johnson.
The bride is the daughter of Steve and Sally Ganger of Kenton and granddaughter of Dick and Rheta Ganger of Okeechobee, Fla. and the late Marion and Betty Burnette.
The groom is the son of Leonard and Patricia Olson of Edina, Minn. and grandson of Fern Olson of Duluth, Minn. and the late Robert Olson and Leonard and Eileen Olson Sr. of Boomington, Minn.
Attending the guest register was Molly Mohr of San Antonio, Texas, cousin of the bride. Program attendant and personal attendant to the bride was Katie Henry of Powell, friend of the bride.

The bride wore an ivory satin strapless drop fit bodice gown covered with silver beading and embellished with hand-sewn crystal beads flowing from the neckline to the end of the cathedral length train.
She wore a delicate Swarovski crystal tiara with a fingertip ivory veil. The veil was embellished with silver scrolling and a crystal pattern around the edge.
She carried a hand-tied clutch bouquet of miniature white calla lilies, cream color Amelia tea roses, variegated pittosporum with the stems bound with organza ribbon.
Serving as matron of honor was Nikki Friermood of Columbus, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Heather McGlaughlin of Ottawa; Clarisa Gunder of Findlay; Amanda Ray of Dayton; Amber Pletcher of West Point, N.Y.; Ashley (Brutzer) Carmon of Fostoria, all friends of the bride and Erika Bishop of Findlay, cousin of the bride. The bride is a 2001 graduate of Kenton High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Findlay majoring in early childhood education and is pursuing her masters in elementary reading and literacy. She is a second grade teacher in the Olentangy Local School District, Lewis Center.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Edina High School in Edina, Minn. and a 2004 graduate of the University of Findlay with a bachelor of science with a double major in finance and technology management and is pursuing his masters in business administration at The Ohio State University. He is employed as an account executive with JAAS Systems in Columbus.
