Wayne Prater will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Eastside Chapel, Lima, by Rev. Dan Campbell. Burial of cremated remains will be held at a later date. Following the service, military honors will be performed by the VFW 1275 and the U.S. Army. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Eastside Chapel. He died at 9:45 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at his residence.
