A funeral mass for M. Suzanne Cavin will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in St. Cloud, Fla. A memorial mass for Cavin and her late husband, Walter Cavin will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25 at Immaculate Conception Church in Kenton. Burial of their cremains will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
She died at 9:10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, at St. Cloud Regional Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 30, 1936, in Kenton to Francis E. and Mary Louise (Snyder) Dick. On June 24, 1959, she married Walter E. Cavin and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are two daughters, Patricia C. (Gregory) Rascher of Jefferson, Md., and Kathleen A. (James) Weston of Kissimmee, Fla.; a son, Steven J. Cavin of Ashburn, Va.; three grandchildren, Nicholas R. and Timothy C. Weston and Luciana M. Cavin Rascher; four sisters, Monica Edman of Palm Bay, Fla., Sally Candler of Kissimmee, Fla., Rosalyn (James) Brenner and Martha (Dennis) Hottman, both of Kenton and three brothers, Robert (Mary) Dick, Jerome (Sandra) Dick and Edward (Deborah) Dick, all of Kenton.
She was a homemaker and a member of both Immaculate Conception Parish and the Catholic Ladies of Columbia.
She moved to St. Cloud in 2000 and had resided at Southern Oaks Health Care Center.
Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or Hospice.

Services for Robert R. Nutt Sr. will be 11 a.m. Friday at Price Funeral Home, Dunkirk by the Rev. Linda Stafford. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Sunset Memory Gardens, Kokomo, Ind.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Military rites will be by Amvets Post 1994.
He died at 7:25 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2008, at his residence.
He was born April 30, 1931, in Lima to Frank and Ione (Maus) Nutt. On Sept. 1, 1952, he married Mildred “Millie” Overmyer and she survives in Dunkirk.
Also surviving are two daughters, Deborah (Eddie Sparks) Rumple of Kokomo, Ind., and Diane (Craig) Beavers of Belton, Texas; a son, Jeremy Nutt of Dunkirk; a grandson, Eddie Vaske Jr.; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Bobby Nutt and Steven Nutt; a daughter, Denise Nutt; and five brothers and four sisters.
He was a carpet installer.
He was a member of Dunkirk VFW Post 3816 where he was the commander. He attended Grace United Methodist Church and was an Army veteran serving in the Korean War.

Services for Frederick Stone Wintzer will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church, Wapakoneta by Pastor R.J. Davis. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta, where military rites will be conducted by the Wapakoneta VFW.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta, and one hour prior to services Friday at the church.
He died at 7:25 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2008, at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born Aug. 19, 1923, in Wapakoneta, the son of Carl Frederick and Edith (Link) Wintzer, who preceded him in death. On Oct. 1, 1950, he married Mary Alice Spar and she survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Gustave Spar (Deborah A.) Wintzer of Wapakoneta, Dr. Christopher Link (Elena) Wintzer of Tucson, Ariz., Carl Clark (Denise M.) Wintzer of Wapakoneta and W. James (Cynthia) Wintzer of Westerville; 12 grandchildren, Kirsten A. (Andrew) Walters, Kasey C. (Daniel) Allen, Gustave Sean Wintzer, Jennifer, Nicole and Sofia Wintzer, Marcus Edward, Sarah Marie and Julia Ann Wintzer, Katherine Lynne, Douglas James and Chelsea Ann Wintzer; two great-grandchildren, Anja Gloria Walters and Phoebe Christine Allen; a sister, Alice Jeannette Heckman of Berea, Ky.; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a great grandson, Daniel Allen.
He retired in 1989 after 46 years as president of G.A. Wintzer & Son Co., Wapakoneta. A 1941 graduate of Blume High School, he also was a 1944 graduate of Mount Union College.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during World War II in the Pacific Theater as a Lieutenant (j.g.) with the USS Renshaw. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Wapakoneta, and served as chairman of the Finance Committee, Worship Committee, Official Board, Building Commission, and the Board of Trustees of the church.
In 1965, he was granted a U.S. patent for "Bulk Hauling Vehicle Incorporating Barrel Cleaning Mechanism." These units are in use nationwide. In 1968, he was granted a U.S. patent for "Gas Pressure Tankage Press."
He was elected Councilman-at-Large in 1948, and he was elected member of the Board of Education of the Wapakoneta City School District in 1955 and 1959. He was elected president of the Auglaize County Regional Planning Commission in 1970, 1971 and 1972.
A charter and 50-year member, he was a past president of the Wapakoneta Country Club and club champion in 1964. In 1966 he was named Citizen of the Year by the Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce, and in 1983 he was given the "Wapakoneta Education Association Friend of Education Award."
He had served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Mount Union College, and as member of the Board of the Fats and Proteins Research Foundation, Inc., which he chaired for a while. For many years he served as a chairman of the Board of Bank One, Wapakoneta, as Director of the Auglaize County Republican Finance Committee, as a member of the Auglaize County Board of Health for 21 years and as a member of the Auglaize County Regional Planning Commission from 1967 to 2001.
He enjoyed tennis, fishing and golf. He loved Wapakoneta and was a generous contributor to numerous civic causes.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Wapakoneta or the charity of the donor's choice.
