Forest
Services for Elmer Fink Clinger will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Clark Shields Funeral Home in Forest by the Rev. Cynthia Morrison. Burial will be in the Jackson Center Cemetery.
Friends may call from noon until the time of the service on Sunday.
He died at 12:55 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008 at the Hardin Hills Health Center in Kenton.
He was born July 4, 1930 in Wyandot County to Harry and Rutha (Fink) Clinger.
Surviving are two brothers, Everett (Wanda) Clinger of Kenton and Harry (Linda) Clinger of Forest.
He is preceded in death by brothers Ivan Clinger and Vernon Clinger and a sister, Donna Kneisley.
He was a member of Grant United Methodist Church.
He graduated from Dunkirk High School in 1949 and served two years in the United States Army. He was stationed in Germany.
He was employed and retired from Aircraft/Parker Hannefin after 32 years.
