Bushong Doris Kathleen "Peachy", 75 Kenton Services for Doris Kathleen "Peachy" Bushong will be 2 p.m. Monday at Price Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor Dennis Burns. Burial will be in Fairview McDonald Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of services Monday. She died at 6:55 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2008, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton. She was born Aug. 11, 1932, in Hardin County to Millard Emerson and Effie Marguerite (Price) Timmons. On Nov. 8, 1950, she married Calvin Frederick Bushong and he died April 14, 1999. Surviving are two sons, Gary (Reba) Bushong of Kenton and Larry (Mary Lynn) Bushong of Taylors, S.C.; a daughter, Gloria Jean (Tim) Rowland of Elkhart, Ind.; five grandchildren and a brother, Millard "Tim" (Eve) Timmons of Kenton. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to the Faith Baptist Church or Hardin Hills Health Center Activity Fund. (Back to name list)
