Services for Jeb Wayne Bowman will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John's United Church of Christ in Kenton by the Rev. Scott Johnson. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call 2-7 p.m. Wednesday at Schindewolf Stevens Stout Funeral Home in Kenton and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church.
He died Saturday, July 19, 2008, at the Indian Lake State Park Campgrounds in Logan County.
He was born July 9, 1990, in Kenton to Edward and Karen (Roberts) Bowman and they survive.
Also surviving is a grandmother, Lois Bowman of Kenton.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Carold and Betty Roberts, Delbert Bowman and a cousin, Timothy Roberts.
He graduated from Hardin Northern High School in 2008.
In high school he was a member of the Hardin Northern FFA and baseball team. He received numerous academic and FFA awards while in school.
He enjoyed hunting and trapping.

Services for Margaret L. Brown will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Price Funeral Home in Kenton. Burial will be in Ridgeway Cemetery.
Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Wednesday.
She died at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton.
She was born April 10, 1915, in Hardin County to George and Bessie (Green) Lawson. On Sept. 2, 1939, she married Milo Brown and he preceded her in death on June 15, 1994.
Surviving are two daughters, Melva L. (Art) Joseph of Kenton and DeLaura (Ed) Caulder of Montpelier; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Rachel, Amy and Jessie and two brothers, Glenn and Foster.
She was a homemaker.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.

Services for John P. Jacobs will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Rushsylvania Church of Christ by Pastor Lynn Cleaveland. Burial will be in the Rushsylvania Cemetery.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
He died at 5:15 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2008, at his home.
He was born Oct. 19, 1921, in Bokescreek Township to Heston L. and Mary J. (Watkins) Jacobs. On July 12, 1942, he married Ann E. Johnston. She survives and they recently celebrated 66 years of marriage.
Also surviving are a daughter, Joyce A. (Gary) Downey of Rushsylvania; a son, J. Steven (Cynthia) Jacobs of Bellefontaine; two granddaughters, three grandsons, two step-grandsons and nine great-grandchildren.
He was a graduate of Bellefontaine High School in 1939 and a veteran of World War II, where he served in the U.S. Army.
He retired as vice president of the Logan County Bank in 1976.
He served as the clerk of the Rushsylvania Board of Education and the clerk of Rushcreek Township. He was a member of the Rushsylvania Church of Christ.
The Eichholtz Funeral Home in Rushsylvania is in charge of the arrange- ments.

Knoch

Services for Joyce A. Knoch will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Ohio 501, Wapakoneta, by Pastor Hal Argabright. Burial will follow at the Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Clay Township.
Friends may call 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
She died at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July, 19, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 16, 1944, in Lima, daughter of Clarence T. and E. Pauline (Basil) Miller, who preceded her in death.
On July 9, 1961, she married Dick J. Knoch and he survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Yenna Halker of Wapakoneta, Zeana (Brian) Moon of Fryburg and Audra (Todd) Fetter of Waynesfield; seven grandchildren, Kyla Delight Fetter, Kellen Michael Fetter, Chelsea Joya Halker, Keaton Craig Knoch Fetter, Clinton Michael Moon, Kieran Jacob Dainne Fetter and Hubertine Hannah Pengwende Fetter; a sister, Connie Campbell of Wapakoneta and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
She drove a school bus for the Wapakoneta City Schools for several years and then graduated from the Ohio State Beauty Academy and became a licensed cosmetologist from 1973 to 1998. Joyce and Dick then started the Happy Cooker Catering Company which was operated from 1989 to May 2007 even after being diag- nosed with cancer in August 2006.
She was extremely involved in the Country Classic Music Hall, playing the bass, organ and piano and singing. She was a member of the New Hampshire United Methodist Church.
She thoroughly loved watching her grandchildren participate in football, basketball, track, cheerlead- ing, dance recitals, riding dirt bikes and showing their animals at the Au- glaize County Fair. Joyce and Dick also enjoyed riding throughout the countryside on their Honda Goldwing Trike just to see the countryside.
Memorials may be directed to the St. John's Fire and Rescue, Tri-County Visiting Nurses and Hospice, or to the New Hampshire United Methodist Church.

Services for Norman S. Kemmere will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Price Funeral Home in Kenton. Burial will be in the Dunkirk Cemetery with military services by Amvets Post 1994.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today.
He died at 5:32 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2008, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay.
He was born Aug. 18, 1921, in Hardin County to John and Ruth (Comstock) Kemmere. On June 19, 1944, he married Marie Claphan and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Robert (Bev) Kemmere of Mount Victory and Richard (Pat) Kemmere of Kenton; three daughters, Shirley (Alfred) Cole of Kenton, Diane Ruhlen of Columbia City, Ind., and Joyce (Roger) Casper of Dola; 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild; and a sister, Ruth Hill of Kenton.
He was preceded in death by a grandson; three sisters, Della Kemmere, Alene Miller and Hazel Yeater and two brothers, John Kemmere and Calvin Kemmere.
He retired in 1984 from Wilco after working there for 28 years.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during World War II.

Graveside services for Stephen A. Stephens will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Wharton Cemetery by the Rev. Scott Johnson.
Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Price Funeral Home in Kenton.
He died Friday, July 18, 2008 from injuries from a motorcycle accident in Fort Worth, Texas.
He was born Nov. 26, 1953 in Kenton to Ollie R. and Dorothy M. (Ratliff) Stephens.
Surviving are a brother, Donald Stephens of Patterson; a sister, Sue (David) Price of Ridgeway; three nephews, Donald "D. Ray" Stephens, Joshua Stephens and Billy Price and a niece, Bailey Price.
He was a 1973 graduate of Riverdale High School and a 1978 graduate of Spartan School of Aeronautics.
He worked for American Airlines at Dallas Fort Worth Airport as an aviation mechanic.
Memorials may be made to Hardin County Hospice.
