Services for Randy Andrew Clark will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Springfield.
Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine and two hours prior to the service at the church. Graveside services will take place at 2 p.m. at the Highland Memorial Cemetery near West Liberty.
He died July 4, 2008 at his home in Springfield.
He was born Sept. 16, 1967 in Bellefontaine to Richard and Voncella (Rogan) Clark and they survive in Bellefontaine.
Also surviving is a daughter, Tea Clark of Springfield; two brothers, Elwin and Eddy Clark, both of Bellefontaine and a sister, Twyla Clark of Bellefontaine.
He was a 1985 graduate of Bellefontaine High School and he also graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelors of arts in geography.
He was a former member of the Auburn Avenue Baptist Church of Bellefontaine and was a member of the St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Springfield.

Services for Dr. Philip E. Smith will be at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 1 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home and Crematory of Fayetteville.
He died Sunday, July 6, 2008 at his home.
He was born on October 24, 1919 in Clarion Iowa, to Granville W. and E. Mildred Smith.
Dr. Smith is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Barbara; his four children, Lora (David) Oswalt, Debbie (Paul) Ranalli, Philip “Flip” (Kathy) E. Smith, Jr. and Barbi (David) Godwin; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
He was a retired field research and development specialist with The Dow Chemical Company. In 1943 he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University.
During World War II, Dr. Smith achieved the rank of Major in the United States Army and volunteered to serve with Merrill's Marauders in Burma where he received the bronze star for meritorious service. His infantry unit operated behind enemy lines and was presented the Presidential Unit Citation.
He was a member of the Masonic Order, Kiwanis, American Veterinary Medical Assoc., Iowa State University Veterinary Medical Alumni Assoc., Iowa State Alumni Assoc., and Central United Methodist Church where he served as Chairman of the Older Adult Council, President of the Mr. and Mrs. Sunday School Class and was a member of the Asbury Sunday School Class.
Following his retirement Dr. Smith was able to enjoy a number of his life long interests; raising and training Tennessee Walking horses, reading, and serving the community by delivering Meals on Wheels.
