Services for Norma L. Davis will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Price Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor Gregg King. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call 1-5 p.m. Friday.
She died at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.
She was born Sept. 29, 1930, in Hardin County to Harley and Allyne (Louthan) King. On Aug. 13, 1950, she married Phillip B. Davis in Hardin County and he preceded her in death on May 21, 1985.
Surviving are three daughters, Susan (Tim) Froebe of Bellefontaine, Beth Davis of San Francisco, Calif., and Jayne Davis of Miami, Fla.; a son, Thomas M. (Kelly) Davis of North Canton; two sisters, Betty Arn of Kenton and O’Dene Hull of Lima; a brother, Robert (Esther) King of Forest and she was the loving grandmother of three grandchildren, Meghan Hanna of Bellefontaine and Taylor and Trenton Davis of North Canton and several nieces and nephews.
She retired from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office in 1998 after 17 years.
Memorials may be made to Mary Rutan Foundation of the Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.

A memorial service for Dr. Russel A. Jones will be 4 p.m. Sunday at the Kenton First Baptist Church.
He died Friday, June 27, 2008.
He was born in Kenton on April 14, 1933. On July 24, 1955, he married Joann Bercaw in Kenton and she survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Lydia Zuidema and Julie (Randy McGohan) Jones-McGohan, both of St. Joseph, Mo., and Jenny (Pastor Daryl) Winegerd of Weston, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Bradley Jones in 1998.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Aviation from 1955 to 1958.
He received his bachelor of arts degree from Campbellsville College in Kentucky, a MRE degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky., and his Ph.D. from Ohio State University in 1968, where he was a fellow in the Department of Higher Education.
He served as the dean of students and professor at Urbana University for six years and pastored churches in Ohio, Kentucky, Southern California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada and Baja, Calif.
He retired in 1998 and served as the interim pastor at the Kenton First Baptist Church, Stewartsville Baptist Church in Missouri and the Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church in St. Joseph.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army, Hands of Hope Hospice, St. Joseph, Mo. and/or the Gideon Bible Society.
