Services for Margaret Mae Dodds will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Schindewolf Stevens Stout Funeral Home in Kenton by the Rev. Anthony Dinovo. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Kenton.
Friends may call 1-5 p.m. Sunday.
She died at 8 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2008, at her home.
She was born Aug. 4, 1923, in Hardin County to Bernard and Elizabeth (Lamb) Durbin. On Nov. 2, 1941, in Kenton she married Emerson Doyle Dodds Sr. and he died Dec. 2, 1993.
Surviving are three sons, Emerson D. “Mike” (Raymonde) Dodds Jr. of Imperial, Mo., Anthony B. (Becky L.) Dodds and Thomas B. (Shelly A.) Dodds, both of Kenton; two daughters, Rebecca (Michael) Buxton of Kenton and Deborah (Jerry) Springer of Lima; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Bernard Otto (Esther) Durbin of Mesa, Ariz.; a sister, Frances Hunsicker of Lima and special friends Terry and Jane Nichols.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
She was a homemaker. She graduated from Roundhead High School in 1940.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Kenton and was a former Cub Scout Den Mother.

She died Friday, June 27, 2008, at Heartland of Bellefontaine.
She was born July 17, 1927, in Kenton to the late Charles and Polly (Williams) Fleece. She married Harley Floyd Skidmore on Nov. 14, 1946, in Lima and he preceded her in death on Aug. 12, 2002.
Surviving are three sons, Steven (Joan) Skidmore of Blanchester, Dwight (Sondra) Skidmore DVM of West Mansfield and Robert Skidmore of West Mansfield; a daughter, Cheryl Ann (Robert) Losey of Kent; a sister, Ida Schmidt of Chillicothe; seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Jill and Brittany Skidmore, Jacquie (Michael) Blair, Bradley, Troy and Chad Losey; a great-granddaughter, Shelby Blair; a great-grandson, Ethan Blair; and a sister-in-law, Virginia Fleece of Belle Center.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Norman Floyd Skidmore in 1983; two brothers, Raymond Fleece and Albert Fleece; and a sister-in-law, Fern Stevenson.
She was a loving homemaker, kept records of the books for their farm, was the office manager for her son’s, Dwight, veterinary clinic and was a member of the Farm Bureau council. She graduated from Van Wert High School and attended the Gretna Brethren Church. She enjoyed playing cards but most of all spending time with her family.

A memorial graveside service for Gerald Duane Scott Jr. will be held at a later date.
He died at 9:56 a.m. Friday, June 27, 2008, at the Hardin Memorial Hospital emergency room, Kenton.
He was born Sept. 20, 1956, in Kenton to Gerald and Lois (Gault) Scott Sr. He was divorced.
Surviving are his father and stepmother, Gerald (Connie) Scott Sr. of Kenton; two brothers, Roger Scott of Dola and Tyler Scott of Kenton; and a sister, Mary Ann Sherman of Washington Court House.
He was preceded in death by his mother and two sisters, Nancy Dyer and Vivian Scott.
A graduate of Kenton High School, he served in the U.S. Army and received a medical honorable discharge.
Donations may be made to his family in care of the funeral home.
