Services for David L. Corwin will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Findlay, by the Rev. Jonathon Fassero.
Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery, Find- lay.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay.
He died at 12:43 a.m., Monday, June 23, 2008, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.
He was born Feb. 5, 1919, in Dayton to the late Franklin D. and Cora (Dill) Corwin. He married Joanne Stall on Oct. 31, 1949, and she preceded him in death on Sept. 7, 1965.
Surviving are a son, Danny R. (Barb) Corwin of Rawson; daughters, Susan I. Corwin of Findlay, Paula E. Victory of Findlay and Kaylynn A. (Rick) Chortie of Arlington; a sister, Juanita Reichenbach of North Baltimore; a brother, John Corwin of Trenton, Mich.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Also preceding him in death were brothers Franklin, Richard and Thomas; and a sister, Betty Lou Nickles.
He was the former manager of Isley's and retired after 25 years as a chef from the Elks Lodge B.P.O.E. 75 and currently was working at Oler's Bar and Grill, both in Findlay.
He was a member of St. Michael's the Archangel Catholic Church, where he was a member of the church's Holy Name Society, Eagles 2163 in Kenton and the Echo Historical Society.
Memorials may be made to the David L. Corwin Great-Grandchildren's Fund in care of Coldren-Crates Funeral Home.

Services for Carson James Hanson will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay by the Rev. Terry McBeath. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.
He died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 21, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 2, 2005, in Findlay.
Surviving are his mother, Heather (Corey) Flugga of Newark; father, Austin Hanson; a brother, Hunter Flugga; maternal grandparents, Mike (Marilyn) Cosart of Findlay and Cindy (Randy) Griner of Indianapolis, Ind.; paternal grandmother, Jane Custard of Dunkirk; grandparents, Renee (Terry) Houtz of Dunkirk; great-grandparents, Thelma Yoder, Phyllis Vucco and Sharon Pauline, all of Findlay; great-great-grandparents, Alverda Dunson of Findlay and Hazel Hudson of Kenton and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He loved spending time with his favorite person, his mother. He loved Spiderman and riding his John Deere tractor.
Carson also loved having his cousins around and loved to swim and have his picture taken.
