Services for Richard L. Cornely will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church in Kenton by Father Anthony Dinovo. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery in Kirby.
Friends may call 2-4 and 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where a prayer service will be held at 5 p.m.
He died at 7:20 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2008, at Summerville at Outlook Manor in Westerville.
He was born Sept. 3, 1921, in Seneca County to Legora and Alvina (Sussang) Cornely. On July 11, 1944, he married Dorothy Hemmerly in Kirby and she survives.
Also surviving are a son, Joe (Connie) Cornely of Westerville; two grandchildren, Chuck (Renee) Cornely of Pataskala and Melissa (Jeremiah) Beckett of Westerville; four great-grandchildren, Alexis, Everett and Luke Cornely and Kendall Beckett and a sister, Elizabeth Rock of Fostoria.
He retired from Ohio Power Company.
He was a 1940 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School.
He was a long time member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Kenton and a member of the St. Paul Catholic Church in Westerville.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Ohio Power Veterans Association and Knights of Columbus.
Memorials may be made to the Immaculate Conception Church in Kenton.

Services for Barbara S. Curl will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Price Funeral Home in Kenton by the Rev. Hebert Wright.
Friends may call from noon until the time of the services Tuesday.
She died at 6:15 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 9, 1947, in Lima to Robert and Jessie (Williams) Biederman. On Feb. 11, 1968, she married Jack Curl and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are three sons, Jack Curl Jr. and Roger (Tonya Howe), both of Kenton and Jim (Stephanie) Curl of Michigan; a daughter, Alicia (Robert) Wright of Kenton; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Glenna Minger of Kenton, Vondale (Paul) Gault of Forest and Judy (Paul) Scott of Kenton and a brother, Howard (Shirley) Biederman of Marion.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry and Lewis Biederman and two sisters, Elouis Parks and Roberta Fiori.
She was a homemaker.
She graduated from Kenton High School in 1966.

Services for James Lee Wehrle will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Good Hope Lutheran Church in Arlington by Pastor Steven Ramsey. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery.
Friends may call 2-8 p.m. today at Crates Funeral Home in Arlington.
He died at 4:47 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2008, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
He was born March 14, 1951, in Sidney to John F. and Eileen C. (Schweitzer) Wehrle. On May 17, 1974, he married Dottie A. Weihrauch and she survives.
Also surviving are a son, Brent C. Wehrle of Findlay; a daughter, Gwen N. (Steven) Johns of Lima; three grandchildren; four brothers, Dennis (Linda) Wehrle of Findlay, Robert Wehrle of Findlay, Michael (Cindy) Wehrle of Toledo and Kevin (Jeanna) Wehrle of Findlay and five sisters, Marcele (Rick) Baldridge of Carey, Bernadine (John) Blide of Findlay, Anita (Chris) Huber and Ann (Dan) McKinniss both of Findlay.
He attended Good Hope Lutheran Church in Arlington and was formerly a Madison Township Trustee for 16 years.
He also was a former volunteer fireman in Arlington. He drove a bus for Arlington High School and drove a truck for Smallwood Bros. Trucking.
