Burial will follow in Hueston Cemetery in Forest. Friends and family may visit from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton. Memorial donations in Birtha’s honor may be made to Universal Home Health and Hospice or the Only Believe Ministries Church.
