Winegardner will begin at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019 at Roundhead Cemetery by Pastor Dave Schneer. Military honors will be provided by the Kenton AMVETS Post 1994 Honor Guard. He died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019 at his home.
