School sledding

Members of the Dillard family, (from left) Blayne, Ayden, Landon and Braxton, didn’t have to go to school Thursday due to the winter weather, but they went anyway to sled on the snow-covered slopes in front of Kenton Middle School.

Many schools were delayed today after the storm left side roads, slow-covered and slippery.

The temperatures are expected to rise into the 50s over the weekend.
