London Jo Posted on April 9, 2016 0 Toby and Melissa (Clark) Highley of Beavercreek are parents of an 8-pound, 6-ounce, 20.5-inch girl, London Jo, born at 8:15 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2016 at Soin Medical Center, Beavercreek. Grandparents are Mark and Pam Clark of Kenton and Randy and Kim Highley of Celina. Great-grandparents are Robert McKee of Forest, Virginia and Larry Borger of Findlay, the late Paul and Betty Clark, the late Charles and Rosemary Hawkey and the late Floyd and Margaret Highley. The infant is joined at home by a brother, Landon, and two sisters, Liberti and Lainey.
